You must list out the book covers at time of purchase or send an email immediately following purchase to prevent your order from being delayed. (I will be using google to find the cover image, if you have a specific or alternate design in mind, please send me a message ASAP)

The tracker page is an ADDITIONAL add-on. You will not receive the Books I've Read tracker page unless you add it to your order. It will come UNPUNCHED.

The dimensions of the sheet are 4.5" x 3" and each book cover is approximately 0.485" x 0.760" **DESIGNED TO FIT THE OUTLINES ON THE TRACKER SHEET**
