Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my order?

You can always find the current processing time in the top left hand corner of the website, this will generally increase around the time of a sale but return to normal once sale orders have been completed. This time frame is not a delivery date, it is the date that the order should be processed and dropped off at the post office.

I paid extra for priority mail shipping, why hasn't it shipped right away?

Unfortunately, paying for priority mail shipping does not speed up the amount of time your order will be processed in. The order is still subject to the estimated processing time shown in the upper left hand corner of the website. When you pay for Priority Mail, as soon as your order is released to the post office, it should be delivered to you in 1-3 Business Days as opposed to the standard 3-5 Business days of First Class mail.

I just placed another order, can you combine both of my orders?

If your order has not begun the final stages of processing (packaging & shipment), YES! Just send me an email containing both order numbers. But please note: your original order will ship within in the second order's processing time.

I received my order but there is something wrong, what should I do?

If you have received your order and there is something wrong (ie: damaged, not cut correctly, etc) please send me an email with the order number and photos if you can and I will be happy to either refund you that item or resend it.

I realized PayPal used an old address, what should I do?

Once you realize the address is incorrect, please send me an email immediately. I will update the order with the correct address as long as it has not been dropped at the post office already.

Returns & Exchange Policy

I always want you to be satisfied with your purchase from my shop. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with the items you've received, please contact me and we can chat! I take your comments as a customer very seriously and use them to improve for the future.

Payment Policy

I accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. Cancelation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipment/Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from Buffalo, NY.

Most orders are shipped in a rigid white mailer to protect your items. Bulkier items are shipped in a bubble-padded poly mailer. 

All of my shipping options include tracking. This ensures a lesser chance of your goodies getting lost in the mail!
